Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and Maswinking (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming services accessible at maswinking.cam and its related subdomains.

By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Maswinking platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual user account created by a registered User to access the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus credits held in a User's Account at any given time, as displayed on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, loyalty reward, or other promotional incentive offered by Maswinking to eligible Users.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real monetary funds from a User's personal payment method into their Maswinking Account balance.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of real monetary funds from a User's Maswinking Account balance to a User's designated payment account.
• "Platform" means the Maswinking website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming services provided at maswinking.cam.
• "Services" means all gaming products, sports betting markets, promotions, payment processing, and support functions provided by Maswinking.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification procedures required by Maswinking before processing withdrawal requests or granting full account access.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency in which Maswinking accounts are denominated.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the Maswinking platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Maswinking strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You are registering and using the Platform entirely for your own personal, recreational use. Corporate accounts, commercial operators, and third-party agents are not permitted.
• You are acting as an individual and not on behalf of any third party. Betting or depositing on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, imposed by Maswinking or any other gaming operator.
• You have not previously had an account with Maswinking suspended, terminated, or closed for cause.
• The registration and use of online gaming services is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify local legal requirements.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of Maswinking or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the Maswinking platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email, and phone number.
• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person.
• All activity conducted on the Platform through your account, whether authorised by you or not, provided you have not notified us promptly of any unauthorised access.
• Notifying Maswinking promptly via our support channels if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keeping your registered account details up to date. Any changes to your name, address, or contact information must be communicated to our support team.

Maswinking reserves the right to request identity verification documentation (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when account activity triggers our fraud prevention procedures. Accepted KYC documents include Malaysian national identification cards (MyKad), passports, proof of residential address, and source of funds documentation where applicable.

Maswinking supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. Supported channels include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency options including USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin (BTC).

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• All account transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified at the time of deposit.
• Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal thresholds are published on the Platform's banking page and are subject to change at Maswinking's discretion.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the name of the Maswinking account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Maswinking reserves the right to request documentary verification of a payment account before processing any withdrawal.
• Maswinking does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees, for which Maswinking accepts no responsibility.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawal processing times are subject to network confirmation times and are outside Maswinking's direct control. Indicative processing times are published on the Platform but are not guaranteed.
• Maswinking reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or fraud investigation procedures.

Maswinking offers various promotional incentives, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all Maswinking promotions:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible Users only. Eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit thresholds, qualifying game restrictions, and geographic limitations, are specified per promotion.
2. Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible User, household, device, or payment method unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
3. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated at the time of offer acceptance. Failure to meet wagering requirements within any applicable time limit will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
4. Maswinking's flagship 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus carries a wagering requirement of 35x the bonus amount. Maximum withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings may be capped as specified in the offer terms. Minimum qualifying deposit is RM50.
5. Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and applied to wagers after real-money balance has been exhausted, unless specified otherwise in the promotion terms.
6. Certain game types — including but not limited to certain live dealer tables, specific jackpot slots, and sports markets with low odds — may be excluded from wagering requirement contribution. Game contribution rates are published in the Platform's bonus terms documentation.
7. Maswinking reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Any modification to an active promotion will not apply retroactively to Users who have already opted in and commenced wagering.
8. The accumulation or exploitation of bonuses through systematic or calculated play patterns, or in combination with arbitrage or hedging strategies, constitutes bonus abuse and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

Maswinking provides access to a variety of gaming products, including online slots, live casino table games, sports betting markets, esports wagering, crash games, and lottery-style games. The following rules apply across all gaming products:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. No cancellation or modification of a placed bet is permitted except where explicitly stated in product-specific rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, server error, or communication failure during active gameplay, Maswinking's records shall be considered the definitive reference for the outcome of any disputed game round or bet. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, the bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to the User's account balance.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer mechanics under controlled studio conditions. Maswinking does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to event commencement. Any bet accepted prior to an odds change is honoured at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the sole discretion of Maswinking. We reserve the right to decline in-play bets without explanation.
• Maximum payout limits apply per game category and per bet type. Specific limits are published on the Platform. Winnings that exceed these limits may be paid out incrementally at Maswinking's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Maswinking platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account.
• Money laundering, the placement of proceeds from illegal activities, or any conduct that facilitates financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security infrastructure.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after wagering deposited funds. Any chargeback will be treated as fraud and the relevant account will be permanently closed.
• Providing false information during account registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited, where doing so exposes Maswinking to legal liability.

Maswinking reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a verification request.
• Breach of any term of this Agreement.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the User.
• A legal obligation, regulatory direction, or court order requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• Detection of activity indicative of problem gambling where Maswinking determines that intervention is appropriate under its Responsible Gambling obligations.

Upon account closure for cause, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of any amounts owed by the User to Maswinking — including but not limited to bonus amounts subject to forfeiture — will be returned to the User via the User's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or investigation procedures.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact Maswinking's support team at any time. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any pending withdrawal requests will be settled prior to final account closure.

All content on the Maswinking platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Maswinking or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Resell or commercially exploit any Platform content or functionality.
• Download, copy, or reproduce any portion of the Platform except as technically required for normal browser caching and personal viewing.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping tools, or similar automated means to access or collect Platform data.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Maswinking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or connected with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
• Interruption to or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game RTP figures, or promotional materials.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any third-party conduct, including payment processing delays or errors caused by Malaysian banks, e-wallet providers, or payment networks.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by Maswinking's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Maswinking makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any Platform content for any particular purpose.

Maswinking is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Users can configure session duration alerts that will notify them when they have been playing continuously for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for temporary self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly by our support team.

In summary, Maswinking collects personal data that is necessary for the operation of your account, the processing of financial transactions, the fulfilment of our KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations, and the delivery of customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or regulatory obligation.

All data is transmitted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Users have the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. To exercise your data rights, please contact our support team via the email address listed in Section 16.

Maswinking reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Amended Terms will take effect upon publication on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure via our support team.

Where an amendment to these Terms materially affects the rights and obligations of Users, Maswinking will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notification of the change via the Platform's notification system or via registered email where applicable.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, whether of a contractual or non-contractual nature, shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law as determined by the Platform's operator jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a User and Maswinking, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through Maswinking's internal dispute resolution process. Users should submit a written complaint to our support team, providing full details of the nature of the dispute and the relief sought. Maswinking will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within 5 business days and will endeavour to issue a final response within 30 calendar days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, the matter may be referred to a mutually agreed third-party dispute resolution body or arbitration panel, with the costs to be borne in accordance with the findings of the arbitrator.
